About Salim Succar case: Note from omegaworldnews.com to Haiti Sentinel and Le Nouvelliste

salim sucar linkedIn - deputy chief of staff primature Presidence haiti

Note from omegaworldnews.com:

For a man who claims he has been defamed, Salim Succar enjoys the limelight. We are letting him have his 15 minutes of fame. The man is a congenital liar who committed perjury in a U.S. District Court. Is it over before the fat lady sings?

Extract from lawsuit: Salim Succar claiming that he is not an Haitian government official

We encourage the Sentinel Staff to check out thoroughly anything coming from Salim Succar. Even in the United States, the wheels of justice may turn slowly, but they do work. We are patient and remain convinced that Mr Succar, an agent of the Government of Haiti, will fail in his attempt to bring Haitian political persecution of the Press into the United States. The man and

the Foreign Government he serves are bold, even audacious, but we remain unafraid. We are certain that justice will prevail, even if serious challenges are present because two different countries are involved, one being a lawless society (Haiti), while the other (the United States) is endowed with the rule of law.

The remarkable thing, we must agree, is that defamation lawsuits are being used by the man and his associates of Haiti's new secret services to defame honest people. They like posing as attorneys, hiding in plain sight. Why didn't Salim Succar sue the author of the article, Mr. Emmanuel Roy, who displayed character when he took full responsibility for the article that appeared in several Haitian online news organizations, before omegaworldnews even reproduced it, as the law permits? Is he afraid of Mr. Roy? What is he afraid of? What could Mr. Roy say about Salim Succar, his former colleague, under oath, in a court of law?

So, Mr. Succar got a default judgement. Well, we move on.

The world has not crashed, YET. As for $ 2.3 M, or whatever else, we must tell Salim Succar that, in the United States, we work hard to earn money. We do not embezzle public funds, nor do we buy weapons of war for resale to anybody, or to help murder Haitians fighting for their human and political rights in their own country. So, on this one, Succar is out of luck. He can come back to his country and work like everybody else. But we remain grateful for the valuable lessons we are learning from Mr. Succar. America will benefit from learning the same lessons, and we intend to share them with the American people. In the meantime, we wish Mr. Succar the best of luck. We hope he is enjoying what he is doing. He truly should. As for us, we shall never forget.Depending on monday outcome, Mr Succar knows we still have 2 more course of action:

1 Appeal Court

2 Supreme court
